The CX5-1442 Heavy-Duty Truck Tire Changer is a fundamental machine for your tire shop or large scale automotive service department. Perfect for tubeless truck, off-road and agricultural tires. With a maximum rim size of 42” and vertically designed upright positioning, this machine can easily change the tires of semi-trucks, trailers, forklifts, tractors and other machinery.

The claws are made of carbon steel, which is hard and not easy to wear.

Driven by hydraulic motor transmission system, it makes tire disassembly and installation more powerful.

2. The tire removal arm is fully automatic for lifting and moving forward and backward.
3. The tire dismantling tool can rotate, and the disc core shaft on the tool head is designed with rolling bearings. Even with high tire resistance during operation, the tire can rotate freely.
4. Equipped with a hydraulic driven drag plate, the tire can move left and right on the disassembly and assembly machine without the need for manual labor.
5. Lightweight and portable operating table, convenient for observation from various angles during operation to prevent accidental operation.
6. Dual speed spindle motor to improve tire removal efficiency.
7. The lifting arm oil cylinder serves as the center support and is equipped with a safety protection switch.
